Creating beautiful product experiences
As part of their launch into department stores, Coola needed to create a branded space utilising a Selfridges trestle table. The brief was to translate the Coola brand identity into a physical retail environment, capturing the attention of beauty shoppers.
During the past year we have created two different Coola branded spaces within Selfridges, both of which highlight the brands key message – A More Beautiful Healthy.
As the ‘quintessential slice of California life’, the Coola brand palette is light, fresh and luxurious. Both spaces utilise the brand’s cool blue, reminiscent of California beaches, and incorporate natural foliage with beech wood effects.
Beautiful Product Experiences
In recent years our passion for skincare, and particularly SPF, has increased exponentially. While we may still choose to wear make-up, we are more deeply concerned with a personal sense of health and wellbeing. This has led to an increased passion for quality skincare, particularly SPF. However, we demand that this skincare is responsibly sourced, as we are equally as committed to the health of our planet.
Coola answer shoppers’ briefs with farm-to-face skincare which is not only sustainably sourced but is also packaged responsibly. We call out to these key Coola motto’s, with brand messages such as ‘Farm to Face’, ‘Vegan’ and ‘Antioxidant Enriched’ at the forefront of the space.
Each Coola trestle table is in-store for a matter of weeks, introducing shoppers to the premium suncare brand with impactful product displays.
Despite this being a temporary promotional space, we ensured that the table would be designed with flexible retail elements. We produced elements which can be re-used, reducing waste and creating consistency across multiple promotional areas.
The execution of this Selfridges trestle table was sleek and highlighted attention to detail, successfully translating the Coola brand into a shoppable environment.
We were incredibly excited to launch Coola in Selfridges this summer. Coola is a vibrant brand with a distinctive design, we wanted to bring this to life for the Selfridges shopper to make sure we caught their attention in store & then communicated what the Coola brand can offer - George, Coola.
